THOROUGH FACTORY RUN TEST

Before shipping, Valent performs the following tests on every unit:

Cooling system: All circuits on all compressors are run to verify that operating pressures and temperatures are within specifications. Coils are pressurized and held as a final leak check. Subcooling and superheat parameters are measured and adjusted as necessary.
Mechanical components: All mechanical components are cycled through their entire range to ensure proper operation. From fans and dampers to furnaces and compressors, full functionality is tested and confirmed.
Controls: Pre-engineered control sequences are loaded into the controller with factory defaults assigned. VFDs are programmed and tested. Sensor wiring and functionality are confirmed. Factory programming and controls testing makes field start-up a snap.
